DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Fill bottle with cool or warm (not hot) water. Alternatively, brew your Making Mama Postpartum Healing Soak with warm water, then pour into bottle.
- Secure top firmly and extend the nozzle, removing hygiene cap before use.
- Turn bottle upside down with nozzle facing affected area
- Squeeze to spray water to gently clean your perineum or c-section scar.
- Air or gently pat dry.
CLEANING & STORAGE
Before first use, wash with warm (not boiling) soapy water, rinse gently and allow to air dry.
Place cap on once dry and remove cap for use. Whilst in hospital, rinse with warm water between uses and wash with soap when you get home.
Store in waterproof carry case with hygiene cap on nozzle.

I packed my Peri bottle in my hospital bag with plans to use it for a vaginal birth recovery, but ended up requiring a Caesarean. The Peri bottle still came so in handy - bending to wipe was tricky at first so this was useful for cleaning all the bits after going to the toilet. So glad I had it packed for my postpartum recovery.
