Directions:

Add desired amount into provided reusable bath salts bag and brew. Pour mixture into peri bottle or bathtub or mist onto maternity pads. Use as often as desired during your fourth trimester (the 12 weeks after birth) to promote healing. Suitable for vaginal and caesarean births.
